Services

Vehicle Recovery

24 hour recovery service. If your vehicle cannot be driven away from the scene due to the damage sustained, we will arrange for your vehicle to be recovered and taken to the repair garage.

Vehicle Repairs

In an non-fault accident, we will take care of the repairs to your vehicle. This means:-

  • You will have no excess to pay and your No Claims Bonus remains intact;
  • Repairs are carried out to a high standard;
  • You avoid unnecessary delays from insurance companies.

In the event that your vehicle is assessed by an experienced engineer and deemed to be a ‘total loss’ or ‘written off’, our Panel Solicitors will arrange for you to be paid the Pre-Accident Value of your vehicle from the at-fault insurer and you will be provided with a replacement vehicle immediately.

Replacement Vehicle

You are entitled to be provided with a ‘like for like’ vehicle whilst your vehicle is being repaired, or immediately if your vehicle is a ‘total loss’ or ‘written off’. We will endeavour to provide a vehicle which is most suitable for your daily needs.

Legal Assistance

Our panel of Solicitors will provide you with advice following an accident. This will include:-

  • Pursuing a claim for personal injuries and obtaining compensation on your behalf;
  • Obtaining compensation for any depreciation in value of your vehicle due to the damage sustained in the accident; and
  • Recover any other financial losses occurred, such as, medical bills or loss of earnings.
